These skirts are one of a kind! All waistes have elastic and are about 22 inches unstreached and 30 inches stretched. The gray bell skirt is 23 inches long. The green skirt is 22 inches long. The black and red skirt is 24 inches long. The last gray skirt is 23 inches long.
