I'm not sure if either ring is sterling silver or nickel. Nickel turns my skin green, so I put a thin layer of top coat nail polish around the band. Neither ring has any discoloration. melaniejones219 @etytry57 No, I take very good care of my jewelry, and I would be more than happy to provide you with additional pictures. Nickel based jewelry has always turned my skin green, and using top coat nail polish works every time. And the barrier lasts a long time, depending on how often you wear it. You can reapply if you notice a reaction. that's why I couldn't remember what metal it was made from.
