Seta Sarkesian Dress

I wish I had somewhere to wear this fabulous piece; but it is more like a duster/kimono than a full dress; the front only has a thin tie to close it. Gorgeous sequin detail and tulle skirt. There is a small shoulder pad in the sleeve to give it some structure; my impression is most people removed it depending on fit. Measurements laying flat Bust 20” Waist 15” (somewhat adjustable) Length 55” Cap sleeve; opening length 9”
