julygirlsx2 @amygraync I honestly had no clue! Hahaha! But I looked it up! "The girlfriend jean is the more feminine version of the boyfriend jean. It's a more classic fit – tighter and higher on the hip, with a tapered slim straight leg." I hope this helps.

julygirlsx2 @amygraync These were actually my jeans. I loved how they fit, just didnt like the "paint" spots (dots) on them. I would guess that if you wear skinny jeans these will just not be as tight thru the leg(?), I am not really sure. Sorry. I am not really a "pants expert", either.
