hunnybunches14 did you disconnect them from your account? ive had the problem already that i bought used ones and they didnt remember their account info so they couldnt be transferred.

jewelzroze I’d like to purchase these to give to some adults who are struggling with disabilities and need to make sure they’re disconnected from the account they were originally attached to. I understand they need new batteries and have no problem with that.

jewelzroze @vavavegas I’m not sure cancelling/deleting the account works, the tiles have to be “transferred” from the old account to the new account. In your account you select the tile, then select “More Options,” then select transfer. Without completing this step the tiles may not be connected to another account.

jewelzroze @vavavegas I just checked their website, according to Tile, if you cancel/delete your account before transferring the Tiles, your Tiles will permanently be deactivated and it is not reversible :/

jewelzroze @vavavegas IF they were factory reset BEFORE canceling/deleting your account they MIGHT work. If you didn’t perform a factory reset and you can’t complete a transfer, please cancel the order.
