Seven7 Bootcut Jeans

Seven7 Jeans 34x34 Relaxed Fit, Loose fit, Low Rise, Boot Cut. These are the first pair of Seven7 Jeans I've ever bought. They are more baggy than I anticipated. They sit low on the waist. They were new with tags when I bought them, not sure why the leather tag looks so distressed already? I noticed one small spot on the left rear pocket side (closer to center seem, zoom in) and one run of stitching on the rear of the bottom right pants leg that some with attention to detail might see? Only selling because of really big towards the bottom.
