Asymmetrical wrap skirt, vintage, 90s, Y2k Has several thread pulls. Hems are surged throughout but still have some fraying sticking out of the hem. I would recommend to hand wash and line dry. On one area on the inside, the fabric has pulled out of the seam and is fraying (last pic). At a distance the skirt looks good, with close inspection you will see the flaws. Tagged large.
