Seventh Avenue Red Thin Sweater Decorative Cuffs

NWOT Scoop neck sweater in solid red in a thin knit with turn-back cuffs that have a decorative knit for more character. There are 2 buttons in the back of the neck, I’m not sure why. Brand new, no tags, but it does have the little repair kit still attached. (Thread, button) Measurements are as follows: 21” from armpit to armpit, will stretch 29” from shoulder to bottom of hem I’m happy to answer any questions. Thank you for visiting!
