Parisian designer Severine Peraudin dress from Fall 1999. Purchased at Barney's on Madison. In great condition, worn only a handful of times. Dress is midi length with a swingy hem line. The top portion of the dress double layered stretch 100% Elanca a poly like fabric that hugs the body. The lower portion of the dress is fully lined in purple 100% Silk fabric. The neckline, sleeves, and hem have a "raw" edge that exposes the magenta layer underneath. Made in France.
