Bright yellow custom skirt from Sevier Skirts in Nashville. A line eyelet skirt that is tailored so well. The flower appliqués are sown on in the middle and the petals are loose. Side zipper and fully lined. No size available but it has a 15” flat waist measurement which is about a size 12 or large. 21” length. Excellent pre owned condition.
