Sexy Black Cocktail One Shoulder Dress

Brand New Says size 4, buts fits like XXS I normally can wear some size XS and S, but this dress would not fit around my bust at all. It's really tight around that area that I can't zip up the dress. This would be ideal for thinner or petit fitting. Very good quality!
