Sexy Black Stretchy Hi-Low Summer Dress/ Swim Cover Up with Ruffles 🖤

Black stretchy ruffled summer dress/swim coverup. I think I took the material tag out but it’s some kind of linen type of material, with stretchy bands at the top of the bust and waist. It’s also got 3 layers total of tiers of linen on the bottom so it’s not see through. It’s a hi-low so it’s shorter in the front, longer in the back. No size tag. But at the waist it’s 14” unstretched to 20” max, & the bust 19”-24” Total length is 29” first layer, 34” on 2nd layer and 40” at longest point in the back. Ruffles are 7” long. It’s in great shape, makes you feel like a sexy señorita it’s when you wear it lol. I wore it a handful of times on vacay and it’s in EUC. 🌞🖤🔥
