girlygirlsrock It puts over like a tank and the overlay closes like a scarf- so you are secure. It does not really "wrap" for closure. It is a stunner. I just wore nude bra- no cami required- I was a 36d and it fir fine- I gained so too tight - but if you are a medium like a 36 d or dd it will fit great
