Sexy Maxi black dress with cut outs on the sides. Size medium

Unable to tell who the maker is of this beautiful dress , I can tell you it’s a showstopper!! The top is sleeveless with cutouts at the waistline and a split on the left side. The material is somewhat sheer. This dress is pre loved but in excellent condition. Dress is made from 93% polyester and 7% elastane.
