The measurements are: 14-3/4” waist (measured horizontally across the top band) but stretches easily to 18.” Length is 24” & falls 3” below the middle of my knees (I am 5’9). The condition is like new/flawless. No snags, tears, holes, stains or odors. It literally looks like it should have a price tag hanging on it. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
