This is a British dress made by Lipsy London. It is a very sexy mini. It is swirls of chiffon fabric and black sequins swirls. The fabric is called "Obscene Print". The back is undecorated black. There is a large silver zipper in back with the Lipsy Heart zipper pull. The dress is in excellent condition and looks never worn. The dress is polyester and spandex, it is stretchy. The label says UK size 10 which converts to a USA size 6. Check the measurements below. MEASUREMENTS: Chest - The bust fitting measures about 32" to a snug 34" Waist - about 25"-28" Hips - about 35" Length in the low back from middle top to hem - about 24" A great OOAK dress to wear for parties. Very Good quality in very good condition. It looks unworn. I found it in a shop in England. The vintage shops in England, as well as the charity shops, spray a fragrant freshener on all their clothing. You will smell it still when you receive your item.
