Stretched: The size large measures 21.5" across the bust area. There is ample stretch because the area is elasticized. 💕💕💕💕💕💕

Please keep in mind that is a suggestion. There is some stretch but I believe the Small is better suited for a size Small. Hope this helps.❤😊👍
