Dropped waistline is wear beads stop and shiny silver sequins draped skirt begins. Front of skirt has high slit up left side. Padded bust. Zipper and hook n eye closure. Top is fitted. Most beads still attached and in place. skirt does have picks, pulls, and some bunching. Perfect to be reworked, shortened, and/or used for costume.
