fishintoday @shelleyscloset A-size lager should be perfect. With waist recommendations of up to 29.9”. They should also be ideal at 5’4” for meeting the “sweet-spot” inseam of 28-30” based on the most common US size charts. Remember these are more comparable to leggings which probably wouldn’t look good if they were baggy.

fishintoday @shelleyscloset That said they Medium had a 28” inseam. And would be better if your waist is on the smaller side of the size chart listing for a size 9. Remember they do have some stretch.

fishintoday @shelleyscloset Sorry it took a while, or sales rep got back & suggested a large. As far as a refund I wouldn’t have an Issue, but let me check Posh Policy this weekend, as we aren’t familiar with return on shipping fees or Posh fees regarding refunds.
