Sexy Windsor Velvet Dress with open sides

This dress is very sexy and the perfect color for this season. Color is burgundy/violet and velvet material. Dress on tag says Large but this dress RUNS SMALL in size. I normally wear a size 4-6 in bottoms and S/M in tops and this dress fits me perfect. Worn ONCE for a wedding and like new condition.
