Beautiful corset look dress from Express. Laying flat across the front the waist measures 14 inches and the bustmeasures 15 1/2 inches. Dress is a beautiful lace design with cut outs on the sides. It does not have boning, but does have thick ribbon seams. The skirt is split up the back and a bit longer than the front the edge of the fabric along the bust, and the hem line does tend to fray a little bit. You can keep it or you can trim it. Other than that the dress is in perfect condition.
