Sexy eautiful black dress. NWOT

Wrap in the front appears that it ties at the waste and gives it the look that is slightly longer in the front, but it is attached and does not come off. I bought this dress a couple years ago, but never ended up wearing it. Cleaning out my closet and hoped to give this dress to a new owner that will actually wear it to show it off. 96% polyester 4% spandex
