Guess stretch blue dress with white dots. Caps sleeves with sexy sweetheart neckline. Ruching in the middle of the dress. Feels like satin! 96% polyester, 4% spandex. Underwear bra built-in with padding! I usually wear a a size 0 or 2 and this dress is fitted in the hips and waste on me, but it has lots of stretch so could fit anywhere from 0 to a 4. Side zipper.
