Sexy fun blue dress

This dress is great with a belt and heels for a night out, or you can dress it down with a cardigan or flats, I only wore it once on my birthday, it has padded up and I believe it has adjustable straps for a push up effect for the girls (; it's form-fitting, but the fabric is light and stretchy so it would fit a small or medium.
