Sexy leather empire waist dress

Re-poshing dress, because it is too tight on me. The empire waist is only 13 inches across. Has adjustable leather straps. The belts on the empire waist are not adjustable. In good used condition. The material is a stretchy metallic knit, but the fabric tag has been removed. Tagged as size small, but fits like an extra small.
