Sexy top with vintage Victorian feel

This wrap around top has a cotton airy feel in some areas and a sexy silk material in other areas. There is so much attention to detail that is feel handmade or vintage. It has capped sleeves and a peplum bottom. It will arrive wrinkled and could us a good ironing. Beautiful top in good condition. Please note that necklace is not included. Couldn’t find the brand Ric Rac that’s listed on the tag, but I’m pretty sure I got this from Anthropologie, so I guess that is one of their brands? Bin 2
