Has been hemmed, I'm 5'5'' and the dress sits at ankle length US size 2, French 34 Cream / beige dress with a cute tulip print, as seen on blogger "jeansandateacup". Built in lining and with bra strap holder. Smocked chest and back panels. Square neck with gathered frills on the front & back. Fluid and straight - basque gathered at the bottom of the dress. It has full length sleeves that can be pulled up for extra versatility. Laid flat, pit-to-pit measurement is approx. 13.5" but can easily be stretched to 17.5" Made in Bulgaria. Hand Wash in cold water. Main fabric: 80% cotton, 20% silk. Lining: 100% viscose. Smoke free / pet free home.
