I wish this worked for me, but it's a bit too big in the bust. It's way too pretty to not be worn much! Pit-to-pit Measurement: ~17" I think it would be best for a bust size of 34" The buttons are decorative not functional.

allysonbird83 Thank you for mentioning what you think would be a good bust size. Very helpful as this sweater needs a well fitted bust area to look right. Just for clarification… my bust is 33” (ribcage and waist ~28”). Are you similar? Do you wish you would have bought an extra small? Or would that have fit poorly elsewhere you think (like too up in your armpits or too tight across the shoulders, etc)?

dresssupp @allysonbird83 I tried the XS first, and it was tight. French sizing doesn’t usually work well for me. The 34 is a bit too small. The 36 is a bit too large. My mannequin has a maximum bust circumference of 34”, and it fits perfectly. It’s wearable for me with a cami, but it’s not my optimal fit, and it isn’t the kind of item I would take to a tailor.
