Brand new, tags are now off because I wore it once. Decided it was a little tight on me. I am a size 8-10, and think this would someone who is more in the size 6-8 range. Beautiful color, elegant and classy, a nice thicker cotton material but not too weighty. This dress is almost always sold out online!
