Measurements at waist, shoulder and hip?

@bethmo84 Hi shoulder is 13" from seam to seam, but of course is wider once your arms are actually in it. Pit to pit is 16", which is consistent with the dress size being a 34 (size 2). The waist is also 13" flat. The hip is about 19" if I pull it out straight, but it's meant to be flowy. It's a true to size, size 2 in USA.
