100% cotton. It was professionally altered to make it smaller on the sides and to make the lower ruffle less flared, but the latter can be undone (see the last picture of me wearing it). I only wore it once, I guess it’s not my style. I am 5’3”, 108 lb, chest 34”, waist 25”
