laceybabona @briannehessert Hello! Yes, it's a white a-line slip-like lining attatched at the waist and the tulle is attatched to the bottom of the lining. I'll be able to get tulle measurements and additional photos this afternoon. :)

laceybabona @briannehessert Here you go! I was mistaken, it has a white cotton/spandex slip attached as well as a tulle ruffle at the bottom of the center tulle slip. The ruffle is 16" long.
