Shabby Apple Royal Blue Scallop Dress

Shabby Apple royal blue dress with tiered layers. This dress is form-fitting and beautiful! Zippered back, capped sleeves, unlined. The edges of the scallops are finished/serged. Each layer of lightweight material makes the dress feel like a medium-weight dress. Worn 2x; EUC with one small picked thread on back right shoulder, small iron mark on right underarm from photo shoot (might go away with next wash). Will arrive with some wrinkles. Smoke-free home.
