Voluminous cotton poplin wrap skirt with a paper bag waist from Shaina Mote. I bought this as part of a bundle, but just find the style doesn’t work for me. It’s in wonderful condition with no signs of wear. No size tag, but the skirt is best fit for a US size 14 or possibly 16. I’ve included stock photos of the skirt in both white and tan since it shows off the gorgeous details of the skirt better, but this item for sale is black.
