Shakuhachi peplum skirt

Shakuhachi peplum skirt in size XS. Only wore once to friend's wedding in great condition. No stain or anything since only wore once. In the waist area, there some small faint area from clip on hanger hanging in my closet. Not obvious. 60% neoprene, 40% nylon. Skirt measures approx 19" in length. Unlined. Hand wash cold. Ruffled hem. Center back zipper closure. Modeled in size 8/S. Model Measurements: Height 5'11", Waist 25", Bust 32, Hips 35"
