danielproffitt Do these fit true to size? I'd like to see which fits best...would you be up for me ordering both and sending the one that doesn't fit as well back?

monicajoy4 @danielproffitt the Shamma Sandals website actual has a sizing template you can print off to make sure you pick the right size. If you find you are between sizes just go with the large option as the lacing can be pulled tight and the extra soling will just provide more protection as it moles to your foot.

einarth I love the idea/look of these, but am concerned with the fact that the lacing appears to touch the ground. Doesn't that create a lot of wear and tear?

monicajoy4 @einarth Actually no, the laces are made of really sturdy material and the placement is ideal so very little pressure is on that location. The sole will wear down before there would be issue with the laces wearing.

monicajoy4 @bsmerko it depends. If you are planning on fully submerging the Sandals on a regular basis it can be very hard on them. It occasionally getting wet is no big deal. It is always good to use a Leather conditioner and cleanser every once in a while because it give them even more life.
