Super cute formal dress. Could also be dressed down in necessary. Full black mesh over a nude-colored full lining. It creates a nice rouching effect. The skirt is flowy with a lot of swing (see video). Size 6. The top has elastic to stay up securely, even over a smaller bust. line. Fully stretchy to fit a larger bust as well. The lining has a built in body suit that snaps in the crotch area (see pic 14-15). Slightly dropped waist. See measurements - would likely hit just below the knee on most people.
