Shape waist waist trainer/shaper

Shape waist is a waist trainer/ shaper that has 2 hooks start at first work up 2 the first. It can be worn to the gym, also I wore it once as a belt over clothes. I did a video so you will compare size. It’s a medium but has much more give then the rubber one I have. That’s real serious! This works but also looks good over clothes or under. I’m 55 155 and in the video I had it on the tightest fit and I was comfortable. It just makes your waist look smaller under or over clothes. This one is also shorter than the Ann cherry 3 hook cincher I have. So if you want something to look better under it over clothes this is it.
