Shapes of Clay Art Pottery "Bear" Mt. St Helens BAS Relief Bear Plaque With Stan

This vintage BAS relief plaque of a bear has a really cool story to tell. It was made by Stan Langtwait shapes of clay studio art pottery. They used ash post 1980 eruption of Mt. St Helen to make their artwork. This piece features a bear. I love the round shape of the piece and how it has a crackle textured border. There is the artist's initials on the back and an optional hole to hang the piece if desired. Comes with a unique little bear paw print textured stand. Plaque measure 7 1/4 inches high 6 5/8 inches wide 3/4 inches thick. Stand is 3 3/4 inches high 3 inch's. Conditions very nice no issues. Non smoking pet free home.
