Shaping Bra

I purchased these online, the ad stated they help with lymph detox and shaping without the underwire. I wasn't impressed with them, they don't give me the support I'm looking for, I think it would be better for someone with a smaller cup size. I'm a 34D. I wore 1 for a few hours, and the other is still in the package. Both are black. These are a size Large, I included a picture from the website of their size chart.
