Sharagano Sheer Black Print Bell Sleeved Boho Top

This vintage? Sharagano top is sheer in a tiny floral print in blue, green, & pink. The bottom of the top has reddish/maroon mandala-type shapes. The chest and top of the sleeves have tiny gathering (photo 3). The sleeves open up to a bell shape. Photo on sz small dress form. Approx measurements, taken flat w/o stretching, are below to determine best fit.
