Elastic waist that looks cute belted. Keyhole neckline or wear open like I did. Balloon flowy sleeves. Super soft rayon. Not too heavy or light so great for any season. Bought from an Australian boutique and had it shipped here. Worn only once and couldn't fill out the bust sadly :(. It's so pretty!! Nice quality.
