Everyone of us is gifted in the arts in some way... I do understand the patience factor tho lol, for myself painting is the best therapy for any form of negativity. ie: depression, saddness, loneliness, or just shear boredom. I've been doing paintings since I could hold a paint brush- and the thought of being an 'Actual Artist' is but a mere pipe dream. mesaddha I hope that your desire becomes reality!! Perhaps if you would not think of it as a Pipe Dream and more of a building up to reality your positive energy would draw you to the right people and right places to make it a reality!!! Your work is truly inspirational to all of us who have seen it. Perhaps you could begin to sell a few pieces to us here on posh. I too feel that we all have some form of talent and/or art form that we are blessed with. We just have to remove all the walls to reach it. PEACE!!
