Shark tail tunic

Very lightweight knit, v-neck, cream background w/black, gold, rust stripes. Measurements: 17" chest (pit to pit), 28" length, approx 34" shark tail length. I cut the tags out because they itched. I don't remember brand or fabric type but probably polyester/nylon.
