@kylajjd hello! it's 95% polyester 5% spandex . I wore it once and just has been sitting in my closet otherwise 🥺
I'm 5'3 and it is above my knees , but the dress can be ruched up so it can be worn w leggings as well (or without to)

@kylajjd The shoulder strap side is about 31inch long and the no strap shoulder side is about 22inch
