joanneluo Hi Bobbie, These suits are made for men so I don't know if they would fit a woman's form. Don't know the corresponding sizes for women. The size number corresponds to a man's chest measurement with the pants waist being approximately 6" less for sizes 46 and below. For sizes 48-52, there is a 5" difference between chest and waist. The "S" is for men 5'4" - 5'7", "R" is for 5'8" - 5'11", and "L" is for 6' - 6'3". Hope that helps.

joanneluo In Black and Ivory, the biggest size I have is 40L. In Navy, I have a 42L and in White, a 56L.
