moreforyou @donnaj11 This dress measures: Small, armpit to armpit (flat) is 17" Medium: is 18" This dress does not stretch like the other. I am thinking you could go either way but a medium will probably be safer. Tell me what you think please. A lot depends on your frame... I guarantee I will do my utmost to earn your business and to make sure you are happy.
