aehamilt1 It probably fits more like an extra large. Just because of the elastic and how flow the under shorts and skirt are. It's really flowy and super cute on.

aehamilt1 @ikeepstomyself it's not tight. It's meant to be like loose and flowy. It stays up, but the elastic is not thick enough to be super tight
