suzbfit Hi, I believe the coat is Genuine Shearling. Yes it is in the same condition as in the photos. It was made in Italy by Schiatti and Co for Carroll and Company Beverly Hills a very high end mens haberdashery in Beverly Hills. It belonged to my father in law.
