Sheath dress with intricate beaded collar. Size 14

Beautiful sheath dress by Spiegel with beaded collar in silver and blue. Size 14 in a cotton and silk blend. Length hits above the knee so cut shorter. Fully lined and note the dart work on the shoulders. A great dress that never made it out of the closet.
